Now that Battlefield 6 is out, Lehto has posted a message on his LinkedIn web page claiming that quite a few Ridgeline Video games employees members – together with himself – weren’t listed within the credit, regardless of their work on the sport.

“I’m dissatisfied to see that a lot of my former teammates from Ridgeline Video games weren’t correctly credited within the latest launch of Battlefield 6,” Lehto stated.

“These proficient builders labored tirelessly for 1 to 2.5 years, constructing the inspiration of the sport, earlier than I left voluntarily and the studio was subsequently shuttered.

“Regardless of their important contributions, most who have been laid off have been relegated to a ‘Particular Thanks’ part on the very finish of the credit – and a number of other have been omitted fully, together with myself.”

Lehto revealed his personal checklist of credit for Ridgeline Video games, saying he believed they need to have been listed within the sport like this.

Sharing a picture itemizing the employees he believes ought to have been credited within the sport, Lehto added: “Out of respect for my colleagues and the superior work they poured into this venture, I wish to take a second to correctly acknowledge them — itemizing their names and roles as I’d have most well-liked them to seem within the credit.

“Sport growth is a group effort, and each contributor deserves truthful acknowledgment.”

Battlefield 6 has loved the most important launch within the historical past of the collection, promoting greater than 7 million copies in its first three days and hitting EA’s highest ever concurrent participant rely on Steam, reaching a peak concurrent rely of 747,440 which overtook the report set by Apex Legends.
