The director of the WarioWare sequence has introduced that he has left Nintendo.

Goro Abe posted a message on X confirming that he resigned from the corporate final month, and will probably be leaving the video games trade altogether.

Abe will probably be becoming a member of Osaka Electro-Communication College, a non-public college, the place he will probably be working as a professor at its Division of Digital Video games.

“I resigned from Nintendo on the finish of February,” Abe wrote. “Beginning in April, I will probably be working as a professor at Osaka Electro-Communication College.

“I will probably be a part of the newly established ‘Sport and Social Design Program’. I plan to interact in analysis associated to video games and sport improvement, so I hope to work together with a wider vary of individuals in numerous methods than ever earlier than.”
